Brave Haven provides a discreet platform that allows users to document experiences through voice activation, journaling, and to share their location with trusted contacts in real-time. The App includes features such as a disguised interface ("Stealth Mode") and custom safe word activation.

4. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Trusted Contacts: It is your responsibility to ensure that the individuals you designate as Trusted Contacts are indeed people you trust implicitly. Brave Haven is not responsible for the actions of your Trusted Contacts.

5. Intellectual Property
The Brave Haven App, including its original content, features, functionality, logo, and design, is the exclusive property of Brave Haven and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. BRAVE HAVEN MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP'S OPERATION OR THE INFORMATION AND CONTENT WITHIN IT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAVE HAVEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FAILURE OF ANY SAFETY OR EMERGENCY FEATURE.

7. Critical Disclaimer: Not an Emergency Service
BRAVE HAVEN IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES. IT IS NOT A 24/7 MONITORING OR EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE.

IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, IMMEDIATELY CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER (E.G., 911, 112, 999). Do not rely solely on this App to contact emergency services or your trusted contacts, as technology may fail, batteries may die, or signals may be lost.

8. Governing Law
